Drive. Feedback.
Travel.

Three core product families designed to work in synergy to form a complete, matched motion axis. Each component can be specified independently or deployed as a fully integrated motion subsystem. Technical datasheets and 3D CAD step files are provided upon enquiry.

Drive electronics

Model code

BTST2.8

Stepper Motor Driver

A driver for stepper motors in machines where the axis must go exactly where it is told, every cycle. The BTST2.8 is the electronics stage of a Barronic motion axis: it takes step and direction commands from your controller and turns them into controlled current in the motor windings.

Typical Equipment Applications

  • — Positioning axes on OEM equipment
  • — Laboratory instruments and automated handlers
  • — Machine builders standardising one driver across a range

Feedback

Model code

BTMG001

Magnetic Encoder

A magnetic encoder that reports shaft position back to the controller, closing the loop between what was commanded and what actually moved. Magnetic sensing is contactless, which suits environments where optical discs are not practical.

Typical Equipment Applications

  • — Position feedback on stepper and servo axes
  • — Verifying motion on unattended equipment
  • — Retrofitting feedback onto existing designs

Versions

BTLSNM50P1BTLSNM100P2

Linear Stage

A linear stage that converts rotary motion into straight-line travel, offered in two versions. It is the mechanical end of the axis — the part your payload actually rides on — and is designed to pair with Barronic drive electronics and feedback.

Typical Equipment Applications

  • — Sample and optics positioning
  • — Pick, place and dispense motions
  • — Test fixtures and inspection stations
